Inspired by the colours and designs on some lovely Christmas cards and my own collection of birdy things, I wanted to create a unique table setting for our Christmas lunch, but to create something that is not overtly 'Christmas' so that it can be used all year round - only for special occasions of course! So I ordered in some gorgeous colours in merino and set about making my largest piece yet, my table runner!
